If the App is stuck for you, please: (1) click your home button once to return to your home screen, (2) double-click the home button to bring up the running applications manager at the bottom of your screen, and (3) then click and hold the App's icon to bring up the " - " tag to quit the application (click on the minus sign when it appears. If you don't immediately see the icon for the App on the bottom of your home screen, you can swipe to your left to see running Apps until you find the App).

Once done, return to your home screen (by clicking the home button) and then re-launch the App! If you have any trouble, you're most welcome to contact us via e-mail.
